  • Lasagne plates (250 g)
  • Spinach (200 g)
  • Sliced ​​mushrooms (300 g)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (45 g)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup white wine (150 ml)
  • Cheese (150 g)
  • 1 green pepper
  • Tomato sauce
  • White sauce

Cooking

  • First of all, cook the lasagne plates al dente in a saucepan with water and a little salt.
  • Similarly, boil the spinach for 3 minutes and then strain.
  • While the pasta is cooking, peel and chop the garlic.
  • Then you have a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic.
  • Then put the spinach in the pan with the garlic and spices to taste.
  • In another pan, have a tablespoon of olive oil, half of the chopped onion and mushrooms. When it has become soft, add the white wine.
