1. Bacon-guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 slices of bacon, chopped and fried.
  • 1 green chili, without seeds and chopped
  • 1/2 large tomato, without seeds and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (20 ml)
  • Salt (to taste)

Cooking

  • Take the bacon, chop it and fry on medium low heat in a pan with a tablespoon of oil. Cook until browned, then set aside to cool.
  • Then, take the chili and tomato, remove the seeds and chop finely.
  • Divide and prepare both avocados.
  • You will mash one of them in a food processor or blender with lemon juice. The other is chopped into small pieces.
  • Mix the mashed avocado with the chopped avocado in a bowl together with the other ingredients.

Cooking

  • Take the avocados and remove the peel and stones.
  • Mix two of the avocados in a bowl until you get  a smooth mixture.
  • Chop the last avocado into small pieces and add the others.
  • Add the Greek yogurt and mix well.
