Do Not Worry About Getting Old

We spend our days waiting for something to happen to us, for something to change. Just worry about enjoying the present, it’s all we have guaranteed.
Do not worry about getting old

We lie to ourselves if we say we are not worried about getting old. This is a thought society as a whole has. This leads to some unrest.

This is partly a result of misleading advertising. They tell us that we should stay young forever. But in reality, personal growth is the most important thing.

We focus too much on our appearance, but forget what is inside us.

Years should not weigh in on us. They should make us happy. Celebrating your birthday means you have grown another year older. Have you followed how much you have grown? You are not the same person as before.

Do not live with worries about getting old

Time flies

Advertising, television, and all the other forms of communication try to crush us for fear of getting old. These are not the only sources of this fear. The way we live our lives also has a lot to do with feeding this fear of getting old.

But this fear does not come from where you are right now. Here is an example. Many years ago, a woman had to have children while she was young. This reduced the time she could enjoy her youth. She also had to marry young, otherwise no one would marry her.

These are ideas that have largely remained in the past, but in a way they have changed.

Do you have time for yourself? Work forces us to give up the time we need to take care of ourselves. This is time we should spend cultivating our minds, hiking in the woods, or enjoying a good book.

From the time we were young, we were part of countless extracurricular classes. These help us to quickly learn life wisdom so that we can go far in life.

Despite the passage of time, none of this is changing. Housework becomes work. Extracurricular classes turn into overtime.

In the end, time has passed, and we have not enjoyed it. The days go by, filled with stress. The thought of getting everything done, or of getting it started tomorrow, weighs on our minds.

Have you stopped to enjoy the present?

The future is our present

Today and right now have ceased to exist. We just worry about a morning full of expectations and things to do. Sometimes these things will not happen.

We need to set aside the things we like so we can take care of our responsibilities. We struggle with the work we many times can not wait with. Sometimes we immerse ourselves in this work.

How can you make time pass slowly? When you were a child, you enjoyed the present moment. You did not think about tomorrow. You just thought about the here and now. Growing and learning was important.

The five senses were focused on the present. You noticed every sensation. Every minute you were constantly surprised.

Maybe the problem is this: nothing is new to us. We have taken on boring routines that keep us from slowing down. They even keep us from resting.

However, this is not to say that you have to leave what you enjoy doing. Or even that you should give up the tasks that no one else will take care of.

We say you have to learn to feel, grow, and see.

Feel, experiment, live, wax…

Do not think about the past or getting old in the future. Do what you did when you were a child. Focus on the here and now. If you do, you will forget that tomorrow exists and give everything to today.

Do not spend too much time being annoyed and you will feel better. You can also see that your productivity at work increases. Force yourself to enjoy everything. Think about how you feel around you and breathe.

If you want to turn your life around by leaving work, do it. If you want to treat yourself to something, do it.

We have today, but no one knows about tomorrow. Do you intend to give up the opportunity to live life to the fullest?

We forget to do that. Routine is part of our comfort zone. This routine begins to overwhelm our emotions. We begin to live gray lives.

This will not help us grow. It will not help us to have a better life. On the contrary, it turns us into superficial people. We will be sad and feel dissatisfied all the time.

If you are concerned that you are getting older, stop thinking for a moment. Think about how you live your daily life. Whether time passes slowly or quickly, this is all in our minds. When we enjoy something, time passes very quickly.

Learn to appreciate everything you do.

Because fear, worry or anxiety for our well-being makes us realize something we want to happen one day: that we get better, that we grow…
