3. Lemon

  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 crushed garlic clove

  • Leave it on the heat for at least a couple of minutes. After this, filter the liquid and then empty it into a tub.
  • Then soak in cold water to cool the mixture and then soak your feet in the water for 20 minutes.
  • Repeat this three times a week to achieve good results.
