10 Tips For Applying Eyeliner

If we are not so good at applying eyeliner, it is better to choose a pencil liner or the one that makes us most comfortable. We can use a stencil or an aid to help us get the shape we want.

While there are also a huge amount of styles of eyeliners, it is usually quite challenging to use these for those who wear makeup themselves. Tips for applying eyeliner

1. Know which eyeliner suits you best

Before using your eyeliner, you should know what kind of eyeliner are available and which one is best for you:

Pencil: A pencil eyeliner is perfect if you do not have much experience. It is usually softer than wet or gel eyeliners.
Felt tip: These eyeliners are very similar to the liquid variant, except that they store the ink inside the applicator.
Liquid: Liquid eyeliner requires greater precision, they are darker and have a thin brush.
Gel: Gel liners are easier to use and they usually come in small bottles with a brush.

2. The trembling hand

Most of us have a laid back attitude when it comes to painting a picture about ourselves , but it does not ruin our makeup.

You just need to:

Sit in an area with enough lighting so you can clearly see what you are doing.

Support your elbow on a flat surface, which prevents irregular hand movements.
When using eyeliner, rest your little finger on your cheek. By doing so, you will stabilize the tremor on your hand.

Guiding dots and eyeliner

Find some tape.
Attach it between the eyelashes and your eyebrows, or at the height of the corner of the eye (as shown in the picture above).

Apply eyeliner as you normally would.
Let it dry completely.
Carefully remove the tape.

You can also use a template or a homemade stencil made with a card you no longer use.

6. Freeze your eyeliner

If the eyeliner starts to crumble or become damaged, consider doing the following:

Carefully clean the tip.
Put the cap tightly on.
Place it in the freezer.
Leave it in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.

7. For even more striking eyes
